^Imposter account. They only have one song uploaded, and I highly doubt the first song anyone would upload is a VIP of their older tracks. None of the social media that is linked shows they have a Newgrounds account. Thus, this is an imposter account.
I may need to check a couple pages on all my reports, because it seems like many have been overlooked or disregarded

Really not sure about this. But it's extremely irregular to have a high profile company which has had music used in trailers such as Wonder Woman on newgrounds.

It sounds like them when they write... but it's so out the norm. It links to Joseph Trapanese albums, he was born in 1984 though, making him 32, not 36 which his profile claims. But it could be a marketing PR or something...Not sure about this...especially looking at fav' audio.

A high-profile company would not have 2 overused GD songs and a megalovania remix by a geometry dasher as their favorites. I'd say that's enough to warrant it being fake.
EDIT: Their favorite people are all artists who are well known in GD as well as the same geometry dasher in question. @SirHadoken i'm getting really suspicious.

I've seen tons of stolen unscouted songs in GD. The farthest they get is the unscouted. If unscouted submissions don't work in GD, they'd have no purpose of uploading them to here. Unless they were just really that stupid and thought they would work, I'd believe that answer as well. All these "get the song" levels in GD have unscouted music, but yet legit ones don't work from the unscouted portal. Hacking, I assume?

There's probably a simple workaround that can download unscouted submissions like I can in Chrome. If this is the case, I believe that uploading music should be restricted to currently scouted accounts until Robtop and BrentHeMan come up with a solution. @TomFulp
That's kinda sketchy tbh. That would be saying any new user can't upload stuff here. And, knowing how lazy of a game developer Rob is, who knows how long will take given that there will even be one.

It's not fair for the musicians to suffer because a couple of dumbasses can't read the terms and conditions of our site. Newgrounds accepts creativity, it would be sad for them to deny it for a while.
But I dunno if that's something anyone wants to deal with any more than the major song theft problem.
That and if I was an unscouted artist I would not want to keep checking back everyday to see if I can post audio again.
Oh, how I miss the days of mod approval. That's how it was when I started, but it would be impractical now.
That's why I came up with my idea, but after talking with Exedor I can see that's never going to happen.
By the way, I have 2 WIP's coming in today. One of which is being uploaded right after I push the send button on this post.

Jackho probably was browsing the same area I was, although he did skip a few that I found. Besides, he didn't give a source for that Jedborg song, so I did that in my report. Although it bluntly states it was used in a Minecraft vid, the mods don't know if he/she actually made that. That's how EDM364 was explaining it to me when she asked me to note every song I post here, something that Monsterboy has failed to do.

But that's not proof..? I can report any first song and say it's stolen. Usually if there's a song I don't know right off the bat I put it in my favorites until I listen to the original song. That's how I caught this guy disguising stolen songs as real songs.

Exactly. And this is exactly what I hate about GD's implementation of custom songs. No one ever explained to these idiots that they were supposed to use what was already here, not steal shit.

Oh, no, I've already forgotten about troP. It's just now Monsterboy is back at his unsure/legit/not noting things. Despite you've reminded us to note things (to prevent confusion) and actually listen to the song and Exedor has reminded us to only post things we know are stolen and either contact a mod directly if you have a suspicion or wait until you find the song.
