Here's some tips:
Learn the anatomy of the dinosaur you're wanting to draw, look at skeletals or other artworks to get a general sense of what it looks like.
When sketching, use simple shapes create the overall creature.
Most IMPORTANT: Observe EVERY detail. This makes you're drawings stand out.
