Most likely the oldest thing on Newgrounds, other than Tom Fulp's account. The creator of it is most likely the very first person to have ever uploaded anything to Newgrounds, that isn't uploaded by the founder again. Hilarious. It was a very good start to the site. This was a long time ago, before anyone would get the joke about the number 69. People just had fun or lied about their age (that was what happened to the other former NG members, that no one remembers and notices anymore).
