The uploader took Smiling Friends clips and simply dubbed their owm voice over them; there is no animation here.
there is animation but none that belongs to the author
so, you would go find the given animated clips on youtube or another website, link that other location of the contained clip, and then post both the link of the offending animation and where the author stole the animation from

I tried asking @pokemonpoeguygcn that same question a few times and the answer I got was a blended mix of unicorn farts and witch cankles

You can reupload the artworks that aren't stolen, but give them the A rating or they will probably get deleted again.

I flagged it as "malicious" with "harassment" in the explanation field. It's not malicious in the way the report option means (that it can damage your computer) but more in a general sense. It breaks the rules either way.

It's not NOT allowed, but for Portal awards, the focus is on animation & maybe some live action with cool VFX, 3D, or mixed media and such.


However let's say a kid posted their Geometry Dash let's play to the Portal, that wouldn't be allowed.
