These are good. You should venture into less-known but more messed up Bible stories though, like the story of Jephthah. Basically like the more well-known story of Abraham and Isaac except there is no sacrificial substitute so Jephthah proceeds with the murdering his own daughter for a sacrifice to God. And she goes along with it without complaint.

It's one of those Bible stories you'll pretty much never hear about in churches or from preachers because it truly makes Christianity look bad. It's in the book of Judges.

Pretty fitting that since the child is a girl, it's a-okay to proceed with the murderous sacrifice considering how male-biased the Bible is.
