Silly and impossibly bad.
Every once in awhile, I come across a flash that contains some, or sometimes all, l33t speak. I overlook it usually, but in a case such as this, where I actually have to struggle to read, I get severely irritated. I give this one star due to the fact that you have a decent soundtrack. I could not follow the story, if there was one at all. I really hope this is some sort of joke or prank, but my god this is just awful. MS Paint can do pretty good things from time to time, but I suggest improving your animation skills and getting some better software. 15 mins long? I'm actually surprised I watched the whole thing.
My main issue is the spelling/grammar aspect of it though. Again, your..."words" were difficult to decipher. They also moved so fast, it was nearly impossible to keep up.
I'm not a huge fan of Naruto, but it is a respectable anime/manga. I fail to see how this ties into the series at all. I think I saw one glimpse of Naruto during the pseudo epilepsy you gave the viewers near the end.
Unless you enjoy reading comments like mine, I suggest you work on a few things before creating another flash. A good start would be taking an elementary English course.
