Improve the graphics, and the physics. You should be able to move and shoot at the same time.

Dude,You better start watching movies,they can shoot while running and i can do that in real life.
Can't shoot while running
Either make the guy able to shoot while he's running or make the enemies easier to kill (make them move slower, less shots ect.)

Kinda poorly made, there isn't really a plot as far as I can tell, the gun physics are just terrible, I have no idea whether or not I shot someone. I can't aim that well. I can walk on top of parked cars because there's no border for them. it's good for you being thirteen, but at least a plot would help me rate this higher.
