Continuity, is not a game, but an experiment on narrative devices. Based on Julio Cortázar's "Continuity of Parks"

That was interesting! hahaha, several times I kept assuming what would be next coming up, and it would frustrate me when that was not the case. Cool experiment, dude!

FelipeBudinich responds:

Thanks very much, I'm glad you liked it :) ( I always keep thinking I should revisit the concept, and maybe making it a little more "gamey" )

Since you seem to like feedback, I would like to say that even though you alerted it's not a game, it could have been made into one, and I'm not saying to put achievements or upgrades, no. For me, specifically, a game can be many things, and among those, can be a movie (or a telling of a story) with which someone can interact in many levels.
Other than that, I didn't understand why It didn't let me type the punctuation marks. You could make use of some cutscenes, maybe, or drawn images at some parts, like the man behind the writer part (or some blood going down while the writer types, line... after... line...).

FelipeBudinich responds:

I do agree that it could be turned into a game.

Currently I'm going through a process of "closing" all the prototypes I've done. Then interesting ones (like this one), I'll upload to portals in order to get feedback. The idea is to later port them to an open platform (HTML5 instead of Flash: https://github.com/FelipeBudinich/Gamut ) and then add all those suggestions.

I sincerely I don't remember why I did not let people do punctuation :D
I *think* I wanted to use punctuation to signal stuff (branching paths after question marks, challenges after exclamation marks, etc)

I think it should have a more ''remarkable'' story.
A background music it might be nice.
Still, i really enjoy the game.

FelipeBudinich responds:

The game does have background music, you have to get to the part where you play your walkman :)

You may be right about the story. Currently I just translated a short story on the public domain (and my english ain't the best), once I figure out all the quirks of the "typing" engine, i'll commission stories.

Thanks for your feedback!

wish it did not just repeat

FelipeBudinich responds:

Thanks for the feedback, that is indeed the next step :)
