great shooting game, you could add a small beat in the background, nothin too intrusive, and maybe make it a bit harder where the cannon travels inb an arc

This is, by far, one of the most entertaining "Beach-head"-like games I've played on Newgrounds! It's truly addicting, and I truly tip my hat to you, Senior Frogs, for making such an intoxicating and delightful game! Keep up the fine and dandy work!
Come on, where are the machine guns?
You need rapid fire. Have the guys scream random plees for mercy as you blast them into the next dimension!
You should be able to use small arms when they get to close for you to use your cannon.
Strong game where it matters
The game is a bit repetetive, yeah. But I still think the gameplay is airtight - it's not really missing anything. There's room for expansion, but you seem to be borrowing from a classic sort of game. That's not to say I'm attacking you for being unoriginal or anything. I don't mind seeing concepts reused if they're presented in a new way, which is what you've done with this game. If I had to make a suggestion, I'd ask to have the gun move faster. Overall, I really enjoyed it. Good work.

A lot of people are complaining that the cannon moves too slowly to take out tanks, planes, and personnel, all at the same time, but I won't. I know that all games aren't meant to be beaten the first time they're played, and all games aren't meant to be incredibly easy.
It's a strategic choice to go for personnel or for the vehicles. You just have to make a choice, either way you'll end up taking some damage.
