need to sort out a few things...
for one, unless you composed the song, you cant say you did EVERYTHING and thanks to nobody. and 2. most eldery dont drive like that. the problem ones are seldom reckless and dont speed. rather they get confused and get in the oncoming lane or the go so slow they obstruct the flow of traffic. for that reason i do agree like after 70 or so regular testing should apply for such confused elderly people that endanger not only other drivers but themselves as well. so its actually for their own protection and interest in their well being that such laws be imposed.
