This is AWESOME stuff and you are just going to leave it unfinished!!!! You cant!! There must be a third episode with the fight in it!! I (+probaly many other people) must know what happens to the ninja dude!!

Subtitles?
Without considering the backgrounds now (they actually weren't that bad, they fitted very well), the art for the foreground stuff, like the characters and castles, was really good. The style is quite unusual, but good, and the animating is very nicely done. The story plot seems to be interesting. It reminds me of rurouni kenshin, last samurai, and such, but that doesn't make it any worse.
About the sound, I think there are two distinct areas to coment on - First the background music. It was pretty good, it created a really nice environment. The loops are nicely done. If it was just for the music, I'd rate it an 8. Unfortunately, there are the voices... The voices are NOT that bad; however, they're a little confusing and, therefore, hard to understand. Still, you wouldn't need to change anything about the voice acting - You could just add subtitles. These movies would be GREAT with subtitles. They are in english, but subtitles still help a lot, specially when english is not the first language of whoever is watching ;-) I think it wouldn't be hard to make it possible to toggle them on and off. Another neat solution would be to make the voice acting in japanese (and still add the subtitles). I think the english sounded a little weird and kind of broke the neat effect created by the dark scenes and the suspense music. In japanese, this would rock.
Globally, this movie is not bad at all. I'd say its quite artistic and interesting. There is some room for improvement, specially in the sound area. I'll be waiting for the rest... Keep up the good work!

It was good man. I see all this "blah I watch anime and you ripped it off I'm cool" or "wow that sucks because I make bad flash movies and I know better"
haha, it was a really good film, intelligent, although a bit lacking in the action department, but it kept me in the game and I look forward to another.
