Ouch.
It would have been nice if the black and white robot at the start of level 2 couldn't immediately corner you with a wall of plasma and pretty much immediately killed you. This thing has some balance issues. Also, it resets it back to high quality after you die, which is annoying cause my computer isn't that great.
Get some practice.

This is one of those hyper-rush type games.
Fast, furious and challenging.
Graphics and sound were great.
Gameplay, though not conceptually original was excecuted in an interesting fashion.

First off: I'm reviewing this to get the last guy off of your page. He's a basterd, but it sounds like you killed his dog or something.
Now, your game is far from a piece of shit, though there are numerous improvements that could be made to it. Honestly, if I listed them all, I'd go over the review size limits.
But to start, and the most important thing you need to fix, is some way of keeping my cursor in window. Other people have done some pretty innovative things with that, so I suggest you take a look.
Collecting too many power-ups reverts your gun back to its initial status=big let-down.
Character is way too big and slow. He doesn't have the armor to just take everything until he gets a power-up, so you should shrink him down a little and maybe make him a little quicker. Also, at some points, the bosses just get right up in your face and blast four or five times. There's no way to survive that.
And the last thing I care to put here is that other than weapons and armor, the others items don't do anything. Okay, now I'm out of.....
Why you didn't write what was that games with some pretty innovative things for keeping my cursor in window?
