great idea, not the best animation I've seen but plenty good, and damn funny. the electric buffer at the end was a nice touch, because thinking about poor souls tortured with auto matinence tools is, as I said, damn funny when it's in flash. good voices as well, I'm hoping this WILL end up as a series. awesome job.

Cool animation and sound! Maybe work on Phil's mouth animations to match his speech a bit better, otherwise very cool. You could take a series like that many directions.
