Crazy good. But I'm sure you know that. I can't wait for Ep. 2! I didn't think the ending was too quick at all... great on the suspense!
I particularly liked the part where the kid is playing and then it goes to the man with the suit and gun..the atmosphere DEFINITELY changes instantly.
What bothered me was one of the titles near the beginning. The second 'RAT'. Everything else looked professional but that was just crossed out with a brush as a transition. I would change that.

wow, this was very well done your animation style is very nice and i cant wait to see more of this i am looking forward to the next one. though my only complaint is the length of this, hopefully the next one will be longer, keep up the good work
