Reviews for "Mistery Cat. Chapter 1"

DID SOMEONE SAY STYLISH?!?

WHOWHWOH!! I LOVED THIS!!

Your graphics are DEAD stylish, and the animation, although mostly tweens, was very good. To top it off, the sound was just perfect, it totally looked like a cartoon I'd see on real television.

And I love mystery cat's southpark style voice, it's awesome.

One thing I noticed though, was that when he did the "force" thing to the little girl, her head went past his hand. You should have put the hand on a layer above her, the levitation thingy on a layer below her. That way, it would have looked like he was grabbing her by the head.

Yup. I loved it. You did a great job. I can't wait for the sequel!

Wahoo. A great flash.

I really liked when the little boy said we have no food. And the stranger says I eat you. Then his sister goes Nooooooo! Then the music starts and Mistery cat comes. I also liked the mice.

I liked it ^^

It was soo cute. What the last guy said about the voices, I think that you were trying to make it sound comedic; it just fit so well with the story. "I am going to eat you!" "Oh no!"

some dialoge..

Overall I liked it.

Stellar peresntation

Although I'm not very fond of the voice acting (as it would seem it was supposed to be quite serious, but came out as comedic.) However, the animation couldn't have been any better, everything about the flash was alive with movement and was amazingly detailed, great job!

Funny first submission that has potential.

I really loved the music used in this submission, it really manages to set the mood. The mice working as sort of a background choir also works very well, and adds some humor in itself. And the comic-like graphics style is really funny as well, you have a good eye for color in my opinion.
But like many have already said, the voices need some work. The 'hooded stranger' had a really cool voice, although a bit low. I actually liked the children’s voices, they seemed a bit surreal but that only added to the whole comic-like style in my opinion, they need a little work on pronunciation though. But I was kind of disappointed at Mistery Cats voice, it should've been a bit more mellow in my opinion.
Also some subtitles wouldn't have hurt.
Lastly though, I want to say I really like the backgrounds you put in behind the characters, like the revolving sun-like thing and all the others. At first I didn’t think about it, but looking through the animation a second time you can really see that those backgrounds really adds something special to the animation. Great job, especially if it’s your first!
