MIISTEERY CAAAAAAT!!!!
*Two kids walking through the woods get stopped by a monster in a cloak. They are asked about someone named Mistery Cat. Not knowing, they are disposed of by the monster eating them....
This was great. And this was your first? I'm impressed. Most first flashes are sucky, but that's natural. But this looked like something off of a TV show. Wonderful. I'm tempted to say that you've had flash practice before and are only lying by saying this is your first. But I can't judge seeing as I don't know.
The animation was pretty good. The mouths weren't realistic as they didn't move with their words. But I guess that is a flaw since this is your first flash, but Mistery cat's entrance was smooth.
The voice work was also really good too. The kid's voices sounded a little too...unreal..and the boy and Mistery cat's voices sounded too much alike. Possibly since they're played by the same voice actor. But the monster's voice was well done indeed.
The artwork was great. The monster actually looked scary. The only things that didn't look realistic were the kids. But everything else was really good. Especially the shadows.
All in all, this is spectacular for a first flash. It's a shame it wasn't continued. In fact it doesn't look like grumo posted any more videos after this at all. Possibly because flash is too boring and hard for him to do anymore, or perhaps he's moved on to other websites. Your guess is as good as mine.
