It's very strange to see this kind of art style in a flash movie. I think it was very well done, and sometimes looks 3D.
I am surprised that you were able to make people look 3D, but the the background, which I think is easier to make look 3D then non-stick figure people. Try using a mix of tweens and a technic called the vanishing point.
I find it a little short, which is also a problem because I couldn't get a story out of it. It's a challenge, but you should try to add a deep story behind each episode.
But in the end, the movie was really well made.

Very nice job with perspectives. Sound fx and background music gave it that perfect mood. Graphics of the people and the backgrounds were right on the money. Very nice job with this. The effort is definitely there. The part where he tears off the other guy's arm was my favorite part. nice job!
