the good:
it's a nice and simple game. no timie "getting the hang of it", one can just play straight away. i like that.
the graphics are simple, too, but there's nothing wrong with that. it just fits in this game.
the bad:
the "druggy"-bubble. it hurt my eyes :/
the ugly:
as i already said: the game is simple and nice. but maybe you can get rid of that "druggy"-bubble, because it was really annoying.
kind of simple
not that a flash game needs to be complex, but a lot of stuff was really simple. Like the repel mines powerup, it just affected them horizontally. Beside that the whole game could've been much better if you worked a bit more on the engine itself, make stuff react to each other, in stead of just moving mines, power ups and bubbles, and some collision checking. The only thing that made me vote 4 was the really funny, cheesy 'blob' when you died. That made me laugh ^^
Actually the repel mines works both on the x and y axis, using an inverted gravity formula ;)

i loved it but noir and druggy were almost useless, i like the noir colour but druggy was just confusing. i got about 2200 points
