I enjoyed it
I thought that this one was at least as good as the rest. You're trying to tell a story without words which i think definitely requires more skills. I've always like the way you use your colors and shadows in order to truley make your pieces stand out. As for the actual storyline i like how you give Bitey a kind of weakness even if for a brief moment. It was nice to slow everything down for a minute and to show all the characters he has had run in with in the past and show how karma can turn out to be a bitch. I also enjoyed the score by Mr. McCree and found it fit perfectly to the them that you have already set in place. I think the purpose of fantasy is to take me somewhere else and that is what you do with the pieces from Brackenwood.
As for critcism, i think you already found it. Like you said your feel your story telling is weak. I suppose it is the only point that can be improved upon but that doesn't mean it's bad to begin with. I voted 5 because this was a quality animation.

Seriously...
This should expand beyond Newgrounds, if you're not already trying. You should be able to get a deal for a series on TV; this is simply too ridiculously good to be only a side hobby.
Your stories have content--a blend of humor, evilness, and morality (Karma is probably a better description)--and a level of creativity that really captivates the audience. All that I can say is HOLY SHIT!
