Best Newgrounds game ever.
Without a doubt the best game ever to hit newgrounds. 10s across the board.
The graphics were brilliant.
The story line is intelligent and inventive.
The dialog is superb, as well the voice acting is the best I've ever heard in a Flash game.
The custom character building aspect makes it very replayable, while keeping its charm.
Overall it was just astonishing, excellent work.
and Contrary to popular oppinion I think the AI is great. If another turn based game like it had AI control of the characters available... let's say Final Fantasy 7, Tifa would probably be punching herself in the nose every turn until you told her what to do. This is definately a step or Two up from that.
To evaluate it however, there are a couple of points to improve upon in future releases / new titles.
Control over your companions abilities would be awesome. After decking Veradux out in the paladins armor with ungodly poison damage I found him never using the poison ability and instead whacking stuff with his gun. The ability to change his powers around would be awesome.
Also, episodic content updates would be nice. The delivery method is perfect for it.
