Its is an awesome game. Excellent sense of quality, next time you should make a movie. You've got talent.

Wow I got to see a great loading screen
I did everything you said and the game still crashed. I think one of the main factors in creating a flash game is making sure it will run on a wide range of platforms. You can't expect everyone to have lighting fast specs and be able to process such high quality graphics and animation as presented in this game.

Stylish.
Stylish, but some of the execution is awful. First the good- the game plays very well. The music in the background is cool too. It's fun to blast the hell out of various thugs and so forth to this. And I did like the Metal Gear Solid music usage, it fit pretty ok.
Now the bad....and boy do I hate doing these, unless a game sucked. It's hard to do these for a good game, but it may lead to better results, but I digress..
First. The obvious. A head shot should be a kill shot. Even with a AK. It ought to split a dude's head open with concentrated AK fire. Making it otherwise for the sake of challenge....is stupid. Make them robotic somewhat if you want us to believe a organic being can survive getting his brains blown out and still fight like nothing happened.
Second. Give more mission time. Even on NOOB level, the easiest of all levels, there usually isn't enough time to succeed. And even if you wipe out all your enemies, if you only, say have a second left or so and the screen's starting to fade, thus you can't shoot, the hostage can STILL die. Maybe that's realistic, maybe not. I can tell ya i'm not enjoying typing this all up.
And finally. Make larger levels. Or something. It's hard to believe that 20 or so enemies can hide behind one desk, y'know? Maybe each stage should have several sections to it. Now I understand that I don't know much flash or how much work it is to make a flash game and I hope to change that in the near future, but I want cool games like this to really get up there, especially with all the garbage there is on the net lately, but that DEFINETLY sounds like whining, so i'll stop there.
All in all good game. Could be godly. You don't gotta listen to me, but it'd be cool if you partially did. Peace man.
