Animation is quite good, and the jokes were funny. I definitely laughed.

House fan- love this!
The plot is realistic for the TV show, while still being unique enough to not appear to be a ripoff. Although the humor is somewhat depricating, it's not to the point that it's offensive, and feels more like an affectionate parody than anything.
The characters are pretty much in character, and they all look authentic. I'm actually surprised that you thought to include some of the smaller details, like House's cane.
Most of the voices are perfect, except for House's male Caucasian assistant, as he has a British accent. The handful of pop-culture references fit into the story quite well. I love the voice of the kid, and the whole thing has a ring of authenticity, especially the opening.
The ending was very fitting, while catching the audience by surprise.
The animation flows extremely well, while still giving the feel that you get on TV.
The only real issue is that it is missing the squabbling with the interns, which is really what makes the show great, in my opinion. It adds some drama to the series, and, in my opinion, wouldn't have been that hard to satirize.
Despite that, it's a great video.

i love the show, and really like how you got pretty much what the show is, but house himself could have been more of an a-hole in the flash, it would have been perfect
