As a response to systemman0's comment, perhaps this may not just relate to Disney's company (it would also be interesting to see Mickey mouse in a similar scenario standing on Disney's own grave), i.e. instead of a direct reference, I thought of Trump at first. Although he doesn't smoke or drink (at least it's what he said), he wants to boost the military and people call him a Nazi...
