Stunning at least, perfect at most.
Ultra Sherrif will be one of those titans of animation, right next to Egoraptor, or Johnny Utah, or anyone else who's extremely well-known. There were a few miniscule parts that may have been a little exaggerated or unrealistic, but the fantastic audio and amazing visual themes easily overcame it.
If UltraSherrif was a religion, I would definitely be worshipping at the altar.

That was the first flash movie in a LONG time that actually had me involved. Usually I'm not into any I watch.. But this kinda drew me in, with the catchy music, not to mention the visuals!

Entertaining
A very entertaining film. Overall i think you did a good job with the animation , over all design , style , audio and well , just about everything.
The only thing missing for me , was a bit of plot or story , I wanted to know who the two main characters were and what their history was with each other , i'm assuming that they have history cause the green guy seems to recognize the pilot. Also , what was the station that they were destroying , a prison , factory , base , or whatever. I don't quite now how you would fill that backstory in though.
However , what you have currently is a great piece of entertainment. But in my opinion in order to move it beyond just entertainment you need to incorporate more story telling techniques. But this is just my opinion. Good job ;)
