Reviews for "Epos"

very nice concept

It would have been very helpful to have a "quest tracker" of some sort to remind the player of current objectives. A couple of battles in, and I had forgotten where the hell we were supposed to be going!

The ability to make variable characters is a little limited. While there's great customization potential with choosing attributes, I can totally forsee each character having identical abilities by the end of the game. "Everybody Bellow! Now everybody cast Lightning Bolt!"

A way to review your loot collected would be nice. You're given icons of items collected at the end of battle, and you can access a list of items in the party menu, but the first chance you have to attach an item picture with an item name is the first store, about 5 battles in.

A great little RPG, just remember that forcing a player to keep a pad and paper next to the computer in order to do well is A Bad Thing(tm).

Pretty good!

But discovered a game-breaking glitch. When you fight the first fiend, sometimes before or after he attacks, the game will just sit zoomed on a character.Everything that was moving keeps moving, but you can't do anything but go to the main menu and re-load before the fight. I tried it 7 times, and it happened every time. It would be ten, but I cannot progress with this glitch.

Almost perfect man...

...but as an older gamer I have to say that my hands aren't what they used to be so i have trouble with the many buttons. I much rather the mouse based systems of today so i'm sorry but i have to deduct a point. Arthritus is not fun. Otherwise a classic.

great

for a turn based game it was awsome i dont like turned based games that mutch but for one it was great

Outstanding.

Truly the BEST RPG game I've played on Newgrounds! Amazing story, love the map system, it reminds me of FF Tactics; and grand battle system! I love everything about this game! You've done a great job.
