Okay, we can find something really good here.
First of all, great job whit cutscene (offgame) animations, sound effects and landscaping is great.
The bad impression cames with tails map, its just the same always and always, i know its just the floor of a cave but u should add more things, i dont know... semi uncovered skeletons or rocks.
Dont show a map ingame, players like to explore dungeons (add some chests with potions, chaos or whatever you want), random battles would be nice, and a larger dungeon (and please, dont make maps so one-way tru).
Battles shoulnt make you use limit breaks all time, a normal enemie usually doesnt deserves it, that should be easier; and getting harder with the game passes on.
Try adding personal effects on the attack interface, it clearly ressembles other RPG sonic based games, and change the font of the numers (on damage showing).
The plot can be interesting, let`s see how you do on part 2.
