Had to stop halfway through because the writing was god awful.

This is cheesy as shit, why would someone have an urgent call to work on a day off? It seems to me that any normal work day for the black dude would consist of exactly what transpired in this scenario.

Needless to say, the cliche dynamic between the two main characters ruins any enjoyment that could otherwise be had.

There's nothing "rock" about this, the only saving grace is that the animations themselves were sub-par.

Terrible, terrible writing.

Amazing animation, okay dialogue, but where's the story? I'm definitely no english-teacher, but I genuinely feel that it was missing character/plot developement (and maybe some sort of explanation to who these people(?) are, how come they've got these dragonballs-powers, and why "HQ" sent them to go fetch this insanely "dangerous" meteoriteâEU¦)
To me it felt like just another random fight animation, although there was an attempt at a story, and the animation was of a much better quality.
Only reason DragonBalls was watchable was because the characters had some sort of background story, and they had a somewhat clear goal. This was like taking that, and editing out everything but the fight scene between some colourfully-dressed characters and a character dressed in black: More plot!

The lack of story has actually been a consistent criticism since I started storyboarding it. Alas, I only had x amount of time to get all the fight I wanted, and since I was dying to do an action cartoon, I let the story sit back on this one. I am going to to keep this feedback in mind if I (HOPEFULLY :D) go back to Eclipse Force. Thanks for reviewing!

sooooo 2000 light years is a very long time for something to travel trough space especially not traveling the speed of light and to say that that meteor would not be grabbed by a denser galaxy is ridiculous and if you argue it was traveling at the speed of light then there would be no crash upon reaching the earth.. in fact there would be no earth, AND and... this is assuming that the meteor was dark matter and every scientist who even believed the concept was right and wrong to the point it does not destroy matter upon contact.. and this is only the first 10 seconds of the video... lazy in terms of science.. now I will unpause and continue.. .... 2 minutes after unpausing the video a strange man with a dark hole in his chest teleports to the planet and this black guy seriously suspects he will be able to kick his ass -_- .... then then he fire the fucking omega cannon out of his chest and they turn their backs to him to argue....?! done.. lol 3 min in and i cant watch more.. 2 stars for animation though. That was nicely done.
