Good idea, but you get more experience getting defeated. Mmmm.
For those who want a "fast start", get defeated twice from all the races, then use the experience to unlock at least a ship and the energy generation. After that in combat, auto create ships and upgrade the maximum of energy while you fight.

This could be a great game, your idea is great, but there are still many problems. Very repetitive. No hotkeys (those are essential, otherwise it feels just like a lot of clicking and no gaming). Upgrades too expensive.
The biggest problema I see is balancing. In every game I played you either overwhelm the opponent quickly, thus getting very little XP; OR, you get overwhelmed yourself (since you get no energy when you get no units on the field).
Great game. You could use hot keys and auto build functions though
This games are already a repetitive grindfest by nature, but in this one that feeling is greater than ever. It feels you're doing the same thing over and over again with 8 different colors.
Wish there was a way to set the default to all auto build or a similar option. Overall fun but repetitive.
