Decent for only a week, but not being able to jump while on the bats acts more as an annoyance than an actual challenge. If you are going to treat them as platforms, then I should be able to jump off of them normally as platforms. I shouldn't need a running start/jumping right from the edge of the bats to do something.

That seems to be a bug that only occurs with certain computers and unfortunately not my own so it has been difficult to replicate.
Didn't like the milimeter-precise controls that the pumpkins require. Some platform games solve this with a bit of drift. The idea of having a helper as tool goes at least back to Lost Vikings, I think.
Stuck on the bat/pumpkin level..gave up after 10 minutes of trying to reach for either piece of candy..

If you're talking about the level I think you are, well that's the level where you actually have to think about what you're doing hence it being a puzzle platformed :)
I really don't know why, but I rage quit at most of your games. The only game of yours I've completed was Slimey's Quest
