Impressive
I noticed that you are trying to draw alot of attention to her face, through usage of denser pixels and higher shading quality, but the face being so beutiful, the rest of the image suffers in its shadow, artistically speaking. something I like to do, personally, is blur the parts of the image that are not the focus of the pice.
the more focus you have on what you want seen, the more people will focus on what you want seen. additionally, the blurring will give the feeling of active motion, which i think you want to convey.
