Been playing for a couple days but came across a bug. When I fought the AI in the Arena, The timer ran out (it was AI's turn) and it would not continue on, it was like the AI had got stuck and couldn't make a move or something. So I had to quit that battle. Overall good game, great time waster.

Yes, this is a known bug we're working on. All you can do is either wait for your AI to finish the battle serverside or refresh.
a couple times now, I've opened rewards to find items and they didn't show up in my inventory. Reloaded game, they still weren't there. What's that about?

What kind of items? Shards/skulls/resources are never added to your inventory. Cosmetics are a separate inventory shown by clicking 'Cosmetics' on the Inventory screen. If you're talking about armor/weapons, is your inventory full? Do you have sorting set to show the item you're looking for? There are many possible reasons you may not see a specific item.
By the way, I notice you've favorited our game and have played it quite a bit. Why did you vote 2 stars when you had a question?
