Sick game. I really like how many choices are actually possible and reasonable. There's a lot of games out there that just don't have a lot "Oh, that just makes sense." kind of decisions, so it's a real treat to be able to take the Axe and go to town on that screen by the woods with the two crashed cars, or how having Party Members affects how long certain Setups will take. One of my favourite things in the game is how if you give Bill the Alcohol first, he won't help, even if you give him the Painkillers after. You have to give him the Painkillers, have him perform his duties, and then the Alcohol. Script Welder's rigorous scrutiny of the small things is truly spectacular for a game of this kind, like how you can leave the door Open and that will affect the outcome of the night, or leave the door Unlocked, or how you can forget to turn on the Generator even if you got the Fuel. That kind of attention to the details is what gives this game a lot of heart.
Fun for an evening, and for free? Yessir.
Great game, great graphics, cool concept, and thumbs up for true player expression even if it's ultimately not a super deep game.
finally got around to getting all the medals (especially "The Governer" because i never had the guts to do it) in this game after many years, still fun even after all that time
