Reviews for "Super Chibi Knight"

Well...
Compared to free flash games, this one is awesome. I really liked the story, the cute graphics and the old-style jump'n'run feeling combined with upgrades and RPG elements. If it was a full game, I would rate it 5 stars.
It's a pitty this is only half of a game and it stops before the story starts to develope. Yes, we met some cute people and got some quests, and the world will depend on our choices. But the game stops without even telling why this all happens. And I feel like a beta testet, or even less that this, because a tester gets a buggy but full version.
And I would not buy the full game, even if I were not disappointet for the sudden cut. Of course, I had somewhat more than one hour of fun. But cool RPG games like Neverwinter Nights are also at $9.99, and they take several months to complete. So why should I pay the same price for potentially 4 hours of gameplay?

BoMToons responds:

It's pretty tough to say "I won't pay X because Y game has more content" - There are a LOT of factors that go into making and pricing a game. For example, if you were to compare the 4 hours of content with the latest 2 hour Avengers movie that costs about the same, you could surmise that my game is worth MORE than going to see the Avengers! Also, there are lots and lots of games with higher price tags that offer less game time... I sincerely believe the full version is worth the price tag, but it's ok if you don't agree. It sounds like you liked the demo here, so I'd guess you'd enjoy the full game too!

Vegetarians would really hate your game lol

I hate the default inverted controls of the joystick on xbox one controller. I don't know if this only happens in xbox one or also on xbox 360. Having to change keys each time I play is annoying.

I really liked the zelda 2 leveling up system it was nice.
It would been nicer if magic points would auto generate instead of depending on random drop killing enemies.
I could not find Tom to change armor latter I don't know why.
Also the diamond bag I had no idea what it was for.
Could not find the other 2 brothers either.
Gameplay controls were not so good when the game was saving when I entered a scene I could not jump.
The animation was nice and I liked the secret areas. This was a really good game even better than first one.

I really like this game so far! The graphics are cute and simple, just like the first game, and there seems to be a lot more to do now. The only problem I have is that I keep mixing up the attack and jump buttons. I'll be trying to fight an enemy and end up jumping around like an idiot. That's probably just me though XD So far, I haven't been able to change my class yet, which I assume is going to affect the special move. I guess I just need to keep playing then! :)

BoMToons responds:

Yes yes yes! Also, try plugging in a gamepad!

This fucking dash ;^;.

I don't know if somebody already asked this, but how do you get the manna orb in the barn with the cow?

BoMToons responds:

Double tap to dash after visiting the blacksmith. You can do it in the air too.
