I like the idea of browsing around an old desktop, but I was unsure what I was meant to do, it might be that the game simply isn't complete...

The game isn't bad, but it feels incomplete. There seems to be one of two running jokes: Access Denied and Blue Screen of Death. I've seen better, more completed parodies. Also, this is 2016. You are parodying an 18-year old operating system with jokes that are older than most kids in high school. Why not try parodying Windows Vista, Windows 7, or even Mac?
