Reviews for "Triangle Sweeper"

Highlighting grey tiles by turning them grey doesn't work. It's too hard to tell if certain tiles are being highlighted or not at a glance, and I keep losing games because of it.

Graphics are also pretty gross looking

Niborious7 responds:

I have updated the game because of your input. Tiles are now highlighted along the edges with a brighter white. This means they change more in color and also change in texture, and it is easier to count them at a glance.
Which graphics do you think are gross, the game tiles or the GUI, or both?

This might be OK if right clicking to flag something worked. It doesn't though, so it's basically a waste of time.

Niborious7 responds:

It definitely works for me. Try using chrome if you are having issues on other browsers.

It's a good concept, but the connection logic would work better with hexagons. Also, having the grid be 20% mines seems to put them on a little too thick, since clicking on one tile tends to reveal one number or a mine.

Niborious7 responds:

The connection area would not be the same at all with hexagons. Following the idea that connected tiles must share a point, Hexagons have 6, Squares have 8, and Triangles have 12. I'm not sure what you mean by "tends to reveal one number or a mine." If you think that it is too likely to hit a bomb by clicking randomly it is because that is not how the game is meant to be played. Almost every puzzle should be doable without guessing. The edges of the board are safe, and this makes the middle slightly more dense.

I'm sorry but this is way too hard even on Small. I read the tutorial, but still don't understand. Every single tile I click end up being a mine.

Troll game. #wasteofyourlife.
