Great game first of all. Not much wrong with it except in particular the riddle. The second clue, the one about Frankenstein, isn't very intuitive. The clue is talking about which side of someone he live on. Its assuming that the player knows its talking about Frank's left. I think just a simple rewording or even a rearrangement of the words would make it a lot clearer such as, "The pumpkin juice drinking tenant lives on Frank's left". With this it is now very clear who's left it's talking about. Thankfully the riddle isn't so punishing in getting it wrong and merely switching house's 1 and 3 tenants would lead you to the right answer anyway, if you got the riddle wrong of course. But with the modified clue it would lead a lot more people to the right answer right away.
Other then that good game, keep it up and can't wait to play more when they get posted here.

Funny and entertainig - well done
I enjoyed playing this game. This is the first time the main character is nonhuman. I rather prefer the good ending rather than the bad ending. The good ending makes really sense and has a happy ending to it. The bad ending is too evil. I hope there are more games out there where the main characters are mostly nonhuman. Diversity is a must in future games.
