Good time killer. All I had to use was Q W E to change the necessary colors, not too much to it. It makes the game more fun and fast paced if you ask me.
It's a nice game overall, I like the vibe. I think it's more suited for Relax than the original mode, though. The mechanic is alright, however I would suggest narrowing it down to just one button for this kind of game in which -after a certain time- things become a bit hectic.
Another thing you might want to look at is the fact that sometimes the fish spawn one on top of the other, or in a way that makes really hard if not impossible to catch all of them.
It's got a good theme and vibe to it, and I do like it though it pushes me away quite quickly.
The needless amount of buttons to change hook colors is silly, then on top of it you get dinged for missing even a single fish which at times seems impossible to catch all of them with the cool down and having to swap via different buttons every single time. I wasn't even able to break the 100 mark and it doesn't instill me with the want to do such because of how the mechanics work.
Either there needs to be more leeway with missing fish, or you need to make it simple, one button three colors. You have to swap between them to catch but not have to needlessly over think which button triggered what color again? That and saying you wanted to keep the color theme idea. Move the buttons to change into a more uniform placement. A S D Those three could change the colors which makes them uniform not above one another not needing 2 per color etc. Complex doesn't always make it better especially in games where it's like this, but eh that's my take on it.
Relax mode also seemed not to want to work unless it's meant to just sit at the main screen doing nothing.

I feel so whiny writing this, but I thought this was really too hard. I mean, you lost a point every time a single fish went missing. Honestly, I think it would have been fine if you just didn't have the hook change colors at all. You could probably easily lose with that. I'm sorry I'm so bad at this. It just gets too monotonous.
If you're really patient, then I guess you can play this game. I wish you could just get penalized every time you used the wrong hook on a fish. I never was good at fishing in real life. I'm not even good at it in a video game. It's still a subtle game at least.
