I really like the art. I'll be the first to admit that I am not a knowledgeable programmer, so I can only say that I enjoyed the portal gun, after a little experimentation. It's a bit hard to use, and it's not just a learning curve.

Whether or not it is purposeful, about having to figure out on your own how to use it, you could incorporate this as part of the game, and make the player have to discover how to use other similar technological relics. If you were to go this route, you could make the first level more of a playground for learning about the portal, with little hints inscribed on pillars or the like

Just my thoughts! I can't critique you too hard, this game is past my level.

Really, really do like the art.

Maybe make the down arrow key for sliding also.

the game is ok,just boring.
The portal shots control like a paper airplane mid flight.

While the game is boring as its doesn't has much to offer,it's still good.

However...maybe make ENTER or the SPACE BAR to enter the portals.

Also,i had to GUESS how to use the portal gun,i mean,YOU SHOULDN'T GUESS HOW TO USE AN IMPORTANT GAME MECHANIC.

maybe add more puzzle mechanics.

also,maybe check some other games,it could make you think of something to use in your game.

for example,In portal 2,you use gels to make portal surfaces,jump higher and speed up in the game.

They actually got that idea from a game in steam where you can paint the walls and ground so you can jump,run or stick to walls and poles that you can't stand on.

Overall,the game is ok,it has potential for it being a beta.
It just needs something to spice it up a little,like an end goal,even if the story is very simple, and some refining

Your controls are bad: You can't slide with a down arrow, but you can move with all of them. The gravity controls on portal beams are sloppy and unintuitive. This game is unpolished.

The instructions are difficult:
The english was hard to read, so I didn't understand that I needed to hold down the portal key. There were no visual indicators that holding it down did anything.

Your game is boring:
After figuring out the various controls, the game wasn't something that I took any enjoyment out of.

Your attitude is bad:
When people complained about the controls, you just said they were lazy.

You clearly have no idea what you're doing.

This isn't hard, it's just impossible. I don't even know what you were attempting. The mechanic of moving the teleporter is idiotic.

i agree with the other reviews. the first gap ive tried and tried and i cant seem to get past it. mechanics are way off
