talk about beating a dead horse, they really milked sonic to the point the franchise drove itself in a 90 degree angle into a grave.
sonic has so many spin offs and even shows of him you could practically feel the jerkoff producers' greedy ass do it for a quick paycheck with every one of them stabbing sonic in the stomach. thing about sonic is most of the spin offs are horse sh** and the only real thing to appreciate is the original and early games but when the 3d stuff came out, it was dying faster than someone who got shot through the head.
that being said, it's really a pain to see people milk franchises till their ratings and popularity drops down to 0 but as for the video, I really like it... I gotta say i liked the humor and the animation was good. 4 stars for you!
Nice. Though one thing you should have done differently (other than having Mario be the only Mario world character there), is Mario should have used the 1up mushroom, not been stopped (what was that headshake about anyway), and it would have had no effect. The metaphor would have been complete then, that no further crossover infusion from other games could have breathed life back into that stupid franchise. Frankly I myself lost interest in 1994 when I started playing Doom and Mortal Kombat, to me, it's been dead since then, and I'm amazed anyone cared so many years later, it's kind of been like those attempts at making spinoffs of pac-man and frogger. Also it seems that all the sonic characters (I assume those are all sonic characters, I recognized few of them - 1994, remember, I think the pink one might be the damsel in distress from sonic cd) should have been dying together. Tails certainly isn't going to survive if sonic's death represents the death of the franchise itself.
