So cool man, I understand why it took you so much time, you realy improved your skill. Especialy in the "background motion" thing in the beginning (where the man runs) and at the end (when the bear escape from the crowd) . For me its a difficult thing to do because you have to always adapt the volume of your shape depending on how the background is moving.
I don't know if you like japanimation but there are some animators from who you could learn a lot : check the work of Yutaka Nakamura on YouTube or the website Sakugabooru.com you won't be disapointed.
Anyway, it was very inspirational for me so thanks a lot for all the efforts you putted in this. Also the red dragon in the end reminded me of the one in Drakengard, great game if you played it ^^
