Sound and animation were quite ok, but... where is the punch?
Even If you were trying to be simply dramatic, you need to play up and down with the emotions you are conveying to the viewers, as it was overly flat. Personal taste note, this is a bit cringetastic and quite overdone. This must be like the second or third time I see an animation with this weird subject.

Part 3 What We Can't See.
This was so sad, to the point of almost annoying.
The animation in a few scenes looked a little "stiff" (mostly in the beginning, on Tails)
Though, it was interesting to watch.
I'm sorry but this and it's predecessor (Sonic's Deathbed) were very sad because it shows the death of Sonic. Therefore, both of them are not really that good.
I kept waiting for a punchline that never arrived... I don't see the point of this movie... Great art and sound, though.
