Reviews for "demonblood"

Background objects look too similar to platforms. This has caused confusion a couple of times. Trying to dodge homing projectiles in tight quarters can lead to unavoidable damage, especially when you place multiple of those enemies within range of an area where the player will have to wait for a floating platform. Consider reducing their rate of fire, their shots come way too densely to weave through, and be more judicious about using them in any tight area where the player can't jump properly. Stage design is unclear and can punish exploration in a game that seems to require it - unclear if a drop leads to more stage or the damaging floor at the bottom in many places.

I enjoyed my time playing. Had a few issues while playing though. First when you duck under something and let go of the down key it would just sorta teleport me out of there, didn't have much of an problem with it, but it had the possibility of kicking you off ledges in some areas. This one is a bit of a game breaker, but it wouldn't let me load any of the levels or continue, it would just boot me back to the title screen. I really liked the boss of level 5 (even though I died) , Couldn't get to the end of the game though because I didn't feel like going through the whole game again just to die and go through a third time just because of a broken load option. Overall good job, next time add a bit of a story instead of us just running around collecting demon teeth for no reason.

yes, working on the crouch bug.
found the reason for the loading bug and already updated the game with fixes for that issue.
I have some story hints in the world but i still understand how you felt underwhelmed by the story, will keep that in mind.
thanks for putting in time to play and give feedback again.
