Not bad Not bad at all.
Very intresting story and plot idea. But I agree that at times its a bit dull or a bit odd.
In the Final fight scene Crono jumps into battle with Pong whilst the others jsut plainly stand there.
That may make rational sense but it didn't look very good.
What next in the story?
If you want to be really daring you could introduce the Third Dimension!
