Kind of a weird case here, it involves NG songs only.

crusherxt, the creator of this song claims that this song is just a snippet from his song, even though crusherxt submitted it much later. DJ-Nightmare (the creator of the latter song) ascertained that crusherxt merely put the original loop at the end of his own song.
...it probably gets much easier when you look at the reviews.

I don't really know what the case for sampling is now since Tom Fulp said that they're planning on putting a new system in sometime soon where sampling is apparently acceptable. Should we still be reporting sampled music, or should we just grandfather in the new ones?

Hold off on reporting copyrighted samples for now and focus more on blatantly stolen songs (those are more important to take down anyways).

As BrokenDeck said, we're focusing on stolen tracks mostly right now. Due to the upcoming changes to the audio upload form, we've been told to turn a blind eye on tracks with copyrighted samples right now.

I play Geometry dash, where you can use songs from newgrounds in custom levels. The problem is that people steal music and upload here for use in GD. I'm so tired of that, so I've decided to report them all from now on... >:)
