Better
Actually, MUCH better. The situations involved showed off the style that is your greatest strength, and I can hardly believe that you drew that with a mouse. The graphics are better, and the arms and armor both more interesting, although that pauldron on the prince of Loklair's right shoulder would really just trap a blade next to his neck. Malagent's katana is now a katana, which was a surprise to me, but if you're doing it with a mouse, I'm still impressed. The grammar and spelling are important, but only because a lot of people think they're important: the concentration necessary to edit while watching distracts from the actual content. For the sake of your review scores, please use some kind of spell check, or, infinitely better, get someone who knows this stuff edit your subtitles.
The voice acting is still not very good. It gets monotonous listening to four or more people all be deep-voiced and dramatic all the time, especially when they're all the same voice. Listen hard to the next (good) movie you watch; the actors will change pace, tone, and emphasis to suit the situation. You could also try inviting some friends over to play some of the parts. On the other hand, the sound was marvelously improved, with the exception of the noise the prince made when he got kicked in the face (note the humor score:)).
There's been a lot more drama than substance. I hope some of the meat of the matter comes out in the third episode, and I also hope that the characters stop posturing so much (especially that general; he was the worst..."I'm only going to explain this once," indeed).
Again, overall, it was better. Great animation and a little more purpose, along with the sense that there will be some kind of climax eventually, give this work a piece of the kick it really needs.
