Lazor zombies, pewpew!

Ok game, enjoyed it. Got old fast though. Next time I'm sure you'll nail it!

That was fun!

Really liked it. Simple, effective and fun! Loved to blow shit up for a couple hours. Repetitive, yes but I didn't mind it. Oh and Tachyon gun with Explosion = PWN!

But yeah, my only concern is the achievements. No description, no mention, nothing. Don't know what they are or what to do to get them.

And needs to be a little harder. Different angled rooms? Corridors? Anyways, I liked it. Good job!

Fun...

but too easy. I was able to play this game from start to finish without dieing once. Wasn't sure why the credit system was necessary since I always had too much money. I couldn't find a way to spend even a fraction of it. Weapon upgrades seemed simple to choose from also. I went through the entire game with the scatter upgrade or explosion. Made it almost boring at times to run into a room and mow all them down without even thinking.

In the end, game needs to be harder.

You know I was just wishing there was a good smash TV zombie shooter I hadn't played to death when this came out. Needless to say your game evokes many fond memories for me. I've played all the way through it, and I've got some impressions to share with you.

First off, great selection of weapons, with different characteristics and tons of upgrades. Definitely have a special place in my heart for a photon 5 with rank 3 piercing. Which brings me to my next point - I'm fairly convinced piercing is hands down the best attribute in the game at this point. Instead of traveling through enemies bullets simply strike multiple times while knocking back a target. This allows for a great deal of knockback and significant damage with the tachyon piercing 2 in particular. Furthermore, the multiple hits from each bullet hugely increase accuracy ratings at the end of each map.

Second, though there are lots of items, I think you could allow players to travel back to previous sectors to retrieve upgrades which no longer drop in later levels. A particularly high rank of each upgrade might be found after each 6 rank level, which in turn could only be played once through to prevent abuse.
I'd really love to see you expand on the rpg-esque side of this a little more. Perhaps a simple weapon-type specialization... or a few different classes to pick from that rely on different tactics to survive?

Graphics are totally appropriate as they are in my opinion (but then see the top).
Music was ok, an extra track or two would have made a huge difference. Controls are fine although I do get the sticky key sometimes.

The amount of money earned was appropriate since the shop was limited to carrying only low end weapon upgrades. Buying the armor/energy upgrades in each sector was a good way to control character growth.

Anyways, in case you just think "TL, DR": GOOD JOB! Looking forward to a sequel... >:D

gd game. there is a few nicks to be worked out and then it would be an awsome game. Btw the story should be that swine flu turned everyone into zombies. Its more relivant ;)
