Really nice

It is good to pass the time, but There are some minor bugs, like the Stair only gond downstairs, wich everybody mentioned, and the death counter at the end did not work (it showed function() - something, and I died twice). The "bosses" were all pretty easy, too. Maybe a more improved battle system will make it possible to have more difficult battles without just raising the power of the enemies.
Anyway, it runs smoothly, the dungeons are all very well designed and the "simple" graphics are very beautiful.

I just didn't get what that red bar that filled up when you get crystals was meant for.

Bugzor!

I has a bug-ish. I don't really know how the editor works but:
In level 3, the water isn't solid, you can walk right through into nothingness.
Too easy, but nostalgic, music'd have been nice.

Easy, yet entertaining.

There were a few flaws with how overpowered you get. You also can go into the water south of the 2nd ghost on Level 3.

Other then that, good job.

Make it harder.

The game is great, very simple system, lots of fun to play and a good length. However, by about the end of level 2 I was wading through pretty much everything without any difficulty. I dunno if it's just because I collected everything, but it shouldn't be that easy.

A very decent game, but it has some concerning flaws you may want to address should you make a second one of these:
1. No Sound at all, no offense but no sound = problems
2. No save system for continues, the game is almost impossible to get through in one sitting, NO SAVE POINTS?! GAH!
3. Level up limitations and weak bosses, I used a reckless strike on the final boss, ONE HIT K.O. The bosses should probably have more health than the regular monsters
4. No Achievements?! It's good if your bored, but no points earned? Uh-oh.
But other than those little problems, it's actually a pretty darn good game.
I hope to see this critique taken into consideration should you decide to make a second chapter of this series(?)
