It was alright...
A little illogical at times, as pointed out by others though.
I mean, if it's a dark, I assume I should use a flashlight, not night vision.
Also, a little cliche, also as pointed out.
Other then that though, the graphics were great, and it's pretty obvious a lot of work went into this.
SO frustrating
I would have given this 9 out of 10, however, after losing the battle with the Guardian and selecting "redo" the game froze. After all that work, it froze.
Until this glitch is fixed, this is the rating you're gonna get. Please do some bug testing before you submit.
bugs
start out at 10 rating points... to start off lots of bugs in the game
1. for example. i ran into a bug on the safe... i clicked to turn it and the knob got stuck to my mouse so it kept spinning. i was stuck on the screen too so i had to refrest the page and restart. -1 pts
2. the summoning part... after checking the walkthrough i followed it and it didnt work! tried several more times with the same combination of things and after the 4th try it worked for some odd reason. -1 pts
3. fighting the demon... the words kept bugging out solid red so i had no clue what words to press... they got stuck on the same sequence of words all higlighted in red and i could do nothing. so i lost. and THEN -1 pts
4.The retry button didnt work! i was stuck in that demon scene unable to click anything. thus i had to quit the game. -2 pts
---i also agree with some of the folks below that its near impossible to figure out some of the puzzles because you dont provide any hints! -1 pt

Well...
Point and Click Horror adventure games are probably some of my favorite on Newgrounds. There have been some classic ones presented to us before, so when I saw a horror point and click adventure game on the #1 Weekly Feature I figured I'd be in for a treat.
To me, the game just didn't do it for me. The atmosphere was kind of cheesy and wasn't very creative at all (just another scary little girl, which in fact, was even scary) and echoing from the review below me, it lacks common sense. And that's not even the biggest negative effect in this game, its very buggy, I've read many other comments where others have had to start all over because of glitches. It makes me wonder, why is this game #1? It's glitchy, lacks common sense, isn't scary at all, and the graphics weren't even doing it for me. It looked too much like a cheap rip off of a PS1 game.
Anyways, how did myself and many other of the Newgrounds users notice all of these flaws but Newgrounds themself didn't? And if they did, why put a game this flawed in the #1 spot of the week?
