Man, I remember playing the original chibi knight long ago, this is cool, It has cool and simple rpg elements that every rpg fan would like, and its fast pasting makes it for a considerable challenging difficulty, it would had been nice to have a punishment for death, there's zero consequences to it. Over all, i really enjoyed it, you guys really did a grate job.
Full-game player ! We lack those kind of RPG-style games I think, the graphics are nice and the gameplay is interesting. Still, there is some dashed off work here. The Island of Mahou was really challenging compared to the Yajuu mountains, which constists only in a serial of boss-killing without proper dungeons (except for the Salt mine). We don't get to use much of the beast's capacities, which I found really regrettable. You could've worked this part a little bit to make it at the same difficulty level. Plus, it would've been nice to see a real change in the hero's costume when we decide which path to go, as shown in the beginning screen. (Sorcerer vs Beast Master)(And also, what's the code of the chest at the end of the Sick Girl's quest ?? I got no clue what that could be..) Overall I enjoyed the game, I couldn't say if it's worth the 10$ but anyway that was a mildly fun experience and I support the work done.
A plain 3,5/5, for I see undevelopped possibilities.
This game has the style of a classic RPG like final fantasy but during the battles it lets you take care of the attacks. It has a bit of puzzle but the main flaw is that the XP levels only go up to 5 but I imagine that it go's beyond that in the full game.

I love this game because a) it's a father/daughter project (I can relate) and b) it's actually dead simple game play. I'd give it 4.5 stars but I knocked it down to 3.5 because it has terrible performance issues once you play and die a few times. Only a refresh solves that. If this is written in as3, then you have a memory leak somewhere.
