Wouldn't start for me. On the initial loading screen, reached 100% loaded, then... nothing. Couldn't figure out what to do next. Clicked on everything I could and got sent to both the links to no avail. Eventually, after attempting to reload page and play the game several more times over a few days span, I had to play from your facebook page. Great game, don't get me wrong (that's why I wanted so hard for it to finally work), it's just one small issue for one of the game's countless admirers.

The game is fucking amazing, the mechanics are unique and so many easter eggs, and once you completed the game and 100% everything, you feel like a total badass like never before. You got a wife and a family and you defeated everyone in the arena including your mentor who trained you. The final verdict for swords and souls is a 10/10= Masterpiece. Thank you SoulGame and I hope you makes a sequel to swords and souls. :)
EDIT (2020): This game will be the last flash game I will ever play before Adobe flash gets killed off on the internet. Good bye everyone and good bye newgrounds. I had lots of fun with you during my childhood. Thank you all for everything, I will miss you forever. ðŸ˜

The fact that you got a game like this, with the quality it's in on this kind of platform is simply stunning. Love the intro, the only thing I'd suggest is to maybe have a description box for each place after you turn us loose? I.E: A box that'd appear after we click on a place that wasn't mentioned in the tutorial. Other than that, I think it's flawless. A few details you could add would be naming the different currencies, armor, little things like that. Love the animations here, wish there was more of them : P . Maybe after a victory or something. But again, for this platform, amazing.. Good luck in the future. Thanks for the time and effort here. : )

when the tutorial was on i was worried. once "played" a game where the entire thing went on auto pilot and the fighting was automatic and the way this tutorial pinpoints your steps felt like that a bit... and then it opens up! and from there on out i firmly started enjoying this game. great combat system, excellent training mini games where you really have to sharpen your reflex skills. i'm giving it a solid 4 stars.
